ECMA Make Up Classes

ECMA 2024 MAKE UP CLASS SCHEDULE

Make Up classes were designed to help students that have missed a class or need extra help with the curriculum taught since the last make up class. Make Up class is not designed for students to work on previous cycle curriculum or future curriculum. Note that many times we do cover previous curriculum if time permits, but the design of the class is to work on specific curriculum taught during the previous 2 or so weeks leading up to make up class.

Please follow the following steps to ensure everyone has a great online experience.
(ALL MAKE UP CLASSES ARE HELD AT THE ANNAPOLIS LOCATION)

  1. Only pre-register for the upcoming make up class. Please don’t register for future classes.
  2. Register no later than 10:00 pm the Thursday prior to make up class. (Reason: staffing purposes).
  3. If you don’t see a link for the next available date, please email support@EastCoastMartialArts.com.
  4. Please don’t click and register more than one make up class ahead. Register the week of each time.
  5. Make up classes are no additional charge, however if you register and don’t show up there will be a $10 no show fee. *Scroll down to see specific details.
  6. There are limited spots available. Once full there will be a waiting list. You will automatically be notified if one becomes available.
  7. If there is bad weather, please visit our Facebook page and/or the website weather update page. Check 15 minutes before heading in.
  8. Please be sure we have an updated email address and mobile phone for text messaging. We will be sending out notifications that way.

*$10.00 No Show Fee: There are limited make up class spots available. If you register for a spot and don’t show up, it takes away from others. Each make up class will cover the material missed in the 2 prior weeks. Make up class is not designed for students trying to make up classes all at one time. Only if you missed in the prior 2 weeks.
