This page is for the ECMA Intermediate Students with Green, Blue, Purple and Purple Sr. Belts.  You will find content below that will assist you in your training. This content is for you to review, practice and perfect. It is not designed to teach you in replacement of regular class. * Green Belts are responsible for one of the following forms. Palgwe 3, Palgwe 4 or 1/2 of Palgwe 5
*Blue Belts are responsible for two of the following. Palgwe 3, Palgwe 4 or 1/2 of Palgwe 5
*Purple are responsible for 3 of the following. Palgwe 3, Palgwe 4, 1/2 Palgwe 5, All of Palgwe 5
*Purple and Purple Seniors are responsible for all of Palgwe 3, Palgwe 4, & Palgwe 5.
*The form that will be taught is displayed the cycles below. Each cycle has the months included next to the form.

March, April, May Cycle:   Palgwe 3
June, July, Aug Cycle:     * Palgwe 5
Sept, Oct, Nov Cycle:         Palgwe 4
Dec, Jan, Feb Cycle:        * Palgwe 5

Kicking Combinations

Kick Requirements: Combination 1 & 2 and Benchmark Kicking Drills 

Combination 1: 
Front Leg Round Kick, Back Leg Round Kick, Sliding Round Kick, Double Leg Round Kick Low/High, Pop Up Round Kick, Jumping Round Kick, Double Punch.

Combination 2:
Front Leg Side Kick, Back Leg Side Kick, Power Side Kick, Double Leg Side Kick Low/High, Straight Back Kick, Full Step Straight Back Kick, Double Punch.

Benchmarks: 
Front Leg Round with Toe Touch and without Toe Touch
Front Leg Side w/ Toe Touch and without Toe Touch
