ECMA August 2020 Belt Testing
This month’s testing will take place during each student’s regularly scheduled class time. Each student will test both Monday & Wednesday (11/16 and 11/18) or Tuesday & Thursday (11/17 and 11/19).
One of our major reasons to host testing in this manner is due to the restrictions placed on ECMA due to the Covid-19 pandemic. These restrictions limit the number of students we can test as well as the number of spectators that can observe.

This month’s testing will take place Saturday, Nov 21st, 2020.
Check In Time: 9:10 – 9:25 am
Testing Starts: 9:30 – 11:30 am
All students need to have checked in by 9:25 am. We start the test at 9:30 am.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we that only parents attend testing. No siblings or friends. We must keep the spectators down to a minimum and observe the 6 ft. distance rule.

During this time, our class sizes are restricted due to the CDC Guidelines and ECMA’s safety protocol. Due to this constraint, we have elected to do testing during your regular scheduled class. This way, nobody will need to plan or adjust their schedule.
Please wear your full uniform. No t-shirts for the week. Please wear your full uniform all week.
We ask that only the parents of students testing for a Little Dragon Belt, Advanced Dragon Belt, and those that are testing for White Belt, White Senior, or Yellow Belt watch the test. If you have watched your child test before, please let the other parents that haven’t witnessed a test to be able to attend. We “MUST” keep the spectators down to acceptable levels. Thank You.
Below is the upcoming schedule:
Testing is simple. Please drop off and pick up the same way you would for normal classes. Nothing has changed.
If you are testing online, you may pick up your belt the following week on a scheduled time. At that time an instructor will award and your son or daughter their belts. More information will be sent to online students next week.
Nov 10th – 13th, 2020
This is the week we review and sharpen the students that are testing. If you feel you need additional work, please let the front desk or your instructor know. You may schedule a private lesson the weekend before testing if needed.
Nov 16th – 19th, 2020
This is testing week. The only thing you will need to do is wear your full uniform. Everything else will be the same time and protocol.
Registration for Testing is due by Thursday, Nov 13th, 2020
